保监会强化监管投资型财险 反映经营状况

面对资本市场的持续震荡，保监会日前发出通知，要求各公司强化准备金评估工作，及时准确反映财产保险投资型保险产品的经营状况。     为防止保险公司虚高列支费用，侵蚀保户应得收益，通知要求各保险公司应当在非预定收益型产品的保险合同中列明各项费用，产品存续期间需变更费用的，应在合同条款中明确约定变更收费水平的方式方法。
