ＡＩＧ将组建全球性财险公司

记者昨日从美亚保险公司深圳分公司获悉，继友邦之后，AIG宣布将组建一家包含其现有商业险部门、海外非寿险部门及其他财产险业务部门的非寿险控股公司，公司拟定名称为AIU Holdings，Inc，其董事会、管理团队及品牌都将区别于AIG。据悉，AIU Holdings，Inc公司的成立，将有助于AIG为可能出售该业务部门的少数股权做好准备。     记者获悉，AIG财产责任险部门现任总裁暨首席执行官Kristian P.Moor将担AIU Holdings，Inc的总裁。AIG商业险部门现任总裁暨首席执行官John Q.Doyle将协助AIU Holdings，Inc的成立。
