AIG给高管巨奖 政府无可奈何

    此前受到美国政府救助的保险业巨头AIG,准备发放4. 5亿美元奖金给设在伦敦的金融商品部门主管，而AIG蒙羞遭难即被归咎于该部门。此举因此被奥巴马的首席经济顾问痛批，称“令人愤慨”。可是，受到契约法限制，政府施展空间有限，实在无奈。
