中再集团设立伦敦代表处

    正在筹划整体上市的中国再保险(集团)股份有限公司近日在伦敦金融城设立伦敦代表处。

    中再集团董事长刘京生在揭牌仪式上表示，再保险具有在全球范围分散保险经营风险的专业特征。作为中国再保险市场的主导者、亚洲再保险市场的主要参与者和国际再保险市场的后起之秀，中再集团未来中长期发展战略目标是“立足中国，引领亚洲，辐射全球”。除此次将子公司驻伦敦代表处升格为集团驻伦敦代表处外，中再集团最近将在香港设立代表处，旨在与各大国际保险公司、再保险公司、保险经纪公司建立广泛联系与合作，积极推进“集团化、专业化、多元化、国际化”发展战略，积极拓展海外保险和再保险业务。
