企业团险保费多数1000元以下

    岁末将至，企业和职工又纷纷面临双向选择之时。据中宏保险和中国人力资源网日前发布《2005年中国企业员工福利保障现状调查》显示，为职工购买团险已经成为企业挽留人才的一个手段。其中在印象中比较“抠”的民营企业在为员工投保方面却不含糊，投保团险率仅与外资公司相差了1.2个百分点。

    从已经购买了团险的企业所在地区来看，在上海和北京等企业聚集、人才竞争较激烈的地区企业投保团险的比例较高，分别为45.5%和44.1%。但尽管为员工投保意识增强，目前67%的企业人均年保费仍低于1000元。从为员工提供的保障范围看，企业多为员工投保意外伤害、意外住院、重大疾病等保费较低廉的险种，所以多数企业每年在团险方面的开支其实并不大。
