买团险要超过员工人数85%

    100名员工，给其中60人买团体险，却遭保险公司拒绝。保险业内人士称，买团体险的人数必须超过团体中的85%。

    新华保险湖北分公司宋诗源介绍，团险在设计保单的时候，考虑了风险发生概率问题，而且参保人工作性质都类似，这样符合保险原理，客户集体购买既能便宜，
且保障比较高，保险公司风险也可控。但有的单位只给身体差的、有可能发生保险事故的员工买团险，这样保险公司承担的风险就较大，因此，各保险公司均规定，团险购买一定要超过员工人数的85%。(武汉晨报)
