    媒体报道，在2009年下半年至2011年初海南楼市高潮时进去的投资客，目前大多数人已被套牢，个别楼盘均价跌三成。在三亚、海口、琼海、陵水、文昌等地，有大量的楼盘从2010年一直销售至今仍未卖完。
