住建部：制定激励措施推广绿色建筑

　　住建部16日发布《加强绿色建筑评价标识管理和备案工作的通知》，要求各地以推广绿色建筑为重要抓手，制定相应的激励政策与措施，大力引导和推动绿色建筑发展。

　　《通知》强调，住建部将对各地绿色建筑配套激励政策制定情况进行专项调查，并作为评选可再生能源建筑应用示范市、绿色建筑示范社区等称号的依据之一。各地要严格按照相关评价技术细则、地方标准等规定，加强绿色建筑评价标识的审查和管理工作，提高工作质量，保证绿色建筑的健康发展。
