    燕京啤酒(000729，126729)今日公告，2013年1月21日，中国证券监督管理委员会发行审核委员会对燕京啤酒公开发行A股股票申请事项进行审核。根据会议审核结果，公司本次公开发行A股股票的申请获得审核通过。公司将在收到中国证券监督管理委员会的核准批复文件后另行公告。
