四川泸天化拟注销子公司国贸

    四川泸天化1月21日召开五届七次董事会审议，通过了《关于拟清算注销泸州泸天化国际经济贸易有限公司的议案》。据悉，清算注销该公司原因在于该公司管理体制改变，尿素产品销售由控股子公司九禾公司承接，同时由于公司前期技改项目的完成，国贸公司的进出口锐减，2012年无对外营业收入。
