梅安森高转送预案 拟每10股转10股

　　梅安森昨天盘后发布了2012年业绩快报与高转送预案。该公司2012年营业总收入约2.47亿元，同比增长32.09%；营业利润约7347万元，同比增长32.13%；净利润约8513万元，同比增长39.38%。基本每股收益1.04元，同比增长10.64%。公司拟以公司总股本为基数，向全体股东每10股派发现金股利3元（含税），同时进行资本公积金转增股本，每10股转增10股。
