    五洲交通(600368，收盘价3.76元)25日公告，公司董事会同意全资子公司五洲房地产公司投资建设成功竞得的广西百色市约184.4亩土地；该项目名称为五洲·半岛阳光，将建设住宅和五星级酒店。经估算项目总投资预计为13亿元。其中：住宅区建设费用约8亿元，管理、销售、税费等费用约3亿元，酒店总投资约2亿元。
