    简历：

    1966年11月生，中国籍，毕业于西安交通大学，博士学历。

    现任海尔集团公司执行副总裁、首席市场官、本公司副董事长。

    1999年任海尔集团公司制冷产品本部，见习副总裁、本部长、党委书记；

    2000年任海尔集团公司商流推进本部副总裁、本部长、党委书记；

    2007年任海尔集团公司高级副总裁、首席市场官；

    2010年12月31日经保监会批复正式成为北大方正人寿董事。
