    2月1日，国务院新闻办公室举行发布会，介绍加快发展现代农业，进一步增强农村发展活力的有关情况。图为中央农村工作领导小组副组长、办公室主任陈锡文在发布会上回答记者提问，他表示，在连续两年三农投资过万亿元之后，2013年我国三农投资将第三年超过一万亿元。
