　　18日，《资产管理机构开展公募证券投资基金管理业务暂行规定》(《规定》)正式出炉，并自6月1日起施行。与征求意见稿相比，《规定》进一步扩容，将股权投资管理机构、创业投资管理机构纳入可开展公募业务的机构范围内，同时还降低了资产管理机构开展公募业务的门槛。 据《证券时报》
