　　上海证券交易所和中证指数有限公司日前宣布，将于3月27日正式发布上证、中证红利回报指数，旨在反映上市公司中对投资者分红回报水平比较高的上市公司的表现。

　　分红是上市公司内在价值的决定性因素，红利回报指数旨在通过上市公司分红融资比，即分红总额占融资总额的比例，来考察上市公司回报投资者的情况。
