姜洋：期货公司IPO工作在做准备

　　证监会副主席姜洋7日表示，期货公司IPO工作在做准备，外资参股中国期货公司也在研究中。

　　此前，证监会明确，符合条件的期货公司可以通过首次公开发行股票方式上市。

　　对于“年内能否正式推出国债期货”这一问题，姜洋回答说：“今年正在积极做工作”。他表示，原油期货的推出还在做一些前期的准备，“正在积极地去做”。

　　在2013年全国证券期货监管工作会议上，“做好国债期货上市准备工作”和“大力推动开放性的原油期货市场建设”被列为2013年重点工作。
