欧比特今起复牌 终止重大资产重组

　　欧比特(300053)公告称，因公司与被重组方经过多次协商，仍未能就本次重组方案的核心交易条款达成一致，公司决定终止本次重大资产重组事项。公司股票自3月11日起复牌。

　　欧比特承诺在终止本次重大资产重组事项暨股票复牌之日起六个月内不再筹划重大资产重组事项。此前，因筹划重大资产重组事项，公司股票于2012年12月25日停牌。
