*ST兴业将进入风险警示板交易

　　*ST兴业（600603）今日公告称，经审计，公司2012年实现净利润1764.47万元，扣除非经常性损益后仍然亏损643.87万元。截至2012年12月31日，公司的资产总额为3988.26万元，净资产为-2.79亿元，累计未分配利润为-8.7亿元。

　　鉴于公司2012年度期末净资产仍为负值，根据上海证券交易所《股票上市规则》在公司正式披露2012年年报后公司股票仍将实施“退市风险警示”，在上证所风险警示板交易。
