刘世锦:中国经济正在转入中速增长区

    刘世锦(国务院发展研究中心副主任)：历经30多年高速增长后，中国经济正在转入中速增长区。最近两年中国经济实际上正处在由高速增长到中速增长的转换期，增长率维持在7%到8%之间，预计2015年左右开始明显下降，到2019年或将会低于7%，最终可能会稳定在6%到7%的中速水平上。
