俄罗斯关税税率将降至6%

　　俄罗斯工商联合会主席卡特林表示

　　昨日，在博鳌亚洲论坛2013年年会一场主题为“失速的新兴经济体：跨越‘成长陷阱’”的论坛上，俄罗斯工商联合会主席卡特林表示，俄罗斯将大幅度降低关税保护的程度，目前的关税水平是19.6%，俄罗斯承诺要把平均关税降低到6%。卡特林说，在加入WTO过渡期结束后，预期会使俄罗斯GDP增长达到2%以上。
