天津首个家庭 自发电并网卖电

　　4月6日，申请个人卖电业务的居民董强在调试自家屋顶装置的光伏太阳能板和风力发电设备。继日前受理了首例居民自发电并网申请后，天津滨海供电分公司又受理了首例个人卖电业务。目前，天津滨海新区居民上网卖电价格暂执行天津地区脱硫燃煤机组标杆上网电价，统一标准为每千瓦时（度）0.4118元，略高于发电厂电价。据天津市首位自家发电用户董强介绍，家里现在安装了太阳能光伏发电设备和风能发电设备，除自家使用外，余下的电可向相关部门申请并网。
