保监会:江西省邮政公司部分营业网点无证营业

　　经查，江西省邮政公司于2010年9月至2012年8月期间，存在部分营业网点未取得经营保险代理业务许可证从事保险代理业务、聘任不具有从业资格的人员等行为，违反了《中华人民共和国保险法》第一百一十九条、第一百二十二条的规定。

　　依据《中华人民共和国保险法》第一百六十条、第一百六十九条的规定，江西保监局对其作出责令改正，罚款五万元的行政处罚。
