招商地产因重大事项A、B股自4月23日起停牌

　　招商地产22日晚发布公告，称公司正在筹划重大事项，为避免对股价造成影响，公司A股、B股股票自4月23日起停牌。

　　招商地产近日披露的一季报显示，其一季度营业总收入同比大增70.38%，达61.45亿元；实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润8.11亿元，同比增长88.79%。在公司业绩大增之下，市场猜测招商地产突然停牌或许与其在资本市场上的其他动作有关。
