美国2月房价涨幅创近7年新高

　　根据4月30日发布的标准普尔/凯斯席勒房价指数报告，美国单屋销售价格截至今年2月同比涨幅超过预期，创下自2006年5月以来的最高纪录，表明美国房地产强劲复苏。

　　该指数显示，美国20个大城市2月房价涨幅环比上涨0.4%；单屋平均价格截至2月同比上涨9.3%，创下近7年来新高。在20个大城市中，凤凰城房价同比涨幅最高，达23%。

　　标准普尔道琼斯指数委员会主席戴维·布里泽在报告中说，尽管美国今年3月经济预测喜忧参半，但房地产市场依旧是美国经济复苏中的亮点。
