    据报道，4月欧元区制造业连续第21个月萎缩，进一步施压欧洲央行降息，以刺激贷款和经济增长。4月欧元区17国制造业指数由3月的46.8降至46.7，高于4月23日公布的46.5的初值。该数值低于50意味着生产活动萎缩。
