上交所发布两融信披要求

　　5月2日晚，上交所发布了《上市公司日常信息披露工作备忘录第11号融资融券、转融通相关信息披露规范要求（征求意见稿）》，首次明确了参与两融业务的上市公司股东的相关持股数量的合并计算方法。

　　《征求意见稿》首次明确了参与两融业务的上市公司股东的相关持股数量的合并计算方法。此外还规定,在一家上市公司中拥有权益的股份达到或者超过该公司已发行股份30%的股东及其一致行动人、上市公司控股股东、实际控制人或其他主体参与转融通业务的，还应当遵守股票买卖“窗口期”的规定。
