光大证券：机会大于风险 配置中久期

　　当前经济数据显示经济处于弱复苏趋势，经济复苏主要依赖政府基建投资和企业库存修复，内生增长动力未能有效建立。在房地产调控政策进一步出台背景下，我们认为央行应对房价上涨的紧缩压力有所缓解，而通胀也暂不构成主要调控压力，货币调控有望保持稳健和适度宽松的水平。银监会对于银行理财产品的投资规范，导致非标资产面临调整，利率债配置会有所增加。操作策略上，我们认为5月份利率产品机会仍大于风险，建议配置中等久期继续持有，稳中求进，相对于国债来说，政策性金融债的配置价值相对较高，首选5-7年期左右的政策性金融债。
