新疆浩源股东股权质押

    新疆浩源天然气股份有限公司5月7日公告称，公司于近日接到股东胡中友通知，胡中友将其持有的公司股份4400000股(占公司总股本的6%，占其持有公司股份总数的100%)质押给中国建设银行阿克苏地区分行，并于2013年5月2日在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司深圳分公司办理完毕股权质押登记手续。质押期限自2013年5月2日起至质权人与出质人共同申请解除质押登记为止。
