鄂钢将成为武钢集团全资子公司

　　昨天，武钢股份发公告称，公司收到湖北省政府批复，同意将湖北省投资公司持有的鄂钢公司22.4%股权无偿划给武钢集团，划转基准日为2013年3月31日。

　　此笔交易完成后，武钢集团对鄂钢的持股比例将上升至100%，鄂钢将成为武钢集团的全资子公司。
