方兴科技对全资子公司增资

　　方兴科技15日公告称，公司第五届董事会第五次会议审议通过了《关于对全资子公司增资的议案》，同意将本公司所有的两处房产026490、026489及两块土地2011407、2011405，以价值19758323.65元对全资子公司蚌埠中恒新材料科技有限责任公司增资。增资后，中恒公司实际注册资本根据工商变更的相关规定，由上述资产评估后的数额确定。

　　本次增资在公司董事会权限范围内，不构成关联交易，也不构成《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法》规定的重大资产重组。
