中央财政80亿专项补助廉租房

　　中央财政下拨2013年中央补助廉租住房保障专项资金80亿元，支持相关地区完成2013年廉租住房保障任务。其中，东部地区25335万元，占3.1%；中部地区433275万元，占54.2%；西部地区341390万元，占42.7%。该项资金主要用于补助廉租住房保障工作中的租赁补贴以及购买、改建、租赁廉租住房开支，用于上述开支后仍有结余的，同级财政部门批准后可用于公共租赁住房支出。
