证监会通报对海联讯等8家上市公司立案调查情况

    证监会今日在发布会上通报对隆基股份、勤上光电、华塑股份、青鸟华光、海联讯、承德大路、西藏天路、宏磊股份等8家上市公司信息披露违法违规行为进行立案调查的情况。

    证监会新闻发言人表示，目前上述案件已经正式立案，目前正在调查过程中。该发言人表示，上市公司信息披露违法违规，严重违背资本市场三公原则，损害投资者合法权益。为此，证监会将坚决查办，从严惩处，绝不姑息，切实保护投资者合法权益，维护资本市场的公开、公平和公正。
