　　国家电网公司17日宣布，国家电网公司与新加坡能源公司16日在北京签署协议，收购其澳大利亚子公司新加坡能源国际澳洲资产公司60%股权和新加坡能源澳网公司19.9%股权。此次收购有利于优化国家电网公司海外资产组合，将进一步提升其在国际上的影响力和竞争力。(云 珠)
