天奇股份中标东风日产乘用车项目 金额6445万

　　天奇股份晚间发布公告称，公司于近日收到东风汽车有限公司东风日产乘用车公司的通知，公司中标该公司大连30JPH总装输送线-主线项目，项目中标金额为6445万元。根据约定，双方将在期后正式签订商务合同与技术协议。上述项目合同金额占公司2012年营业总收入的3.75%。项目预计竣工时间为2014年6月，主要对公司2013年、2014年利润产生积极影响。
