    大西洋23日公告称，公司于2013年5月22日与中国银行股份有限公司自贡分行签订了《最高额保证合同》，为控股子公司——自贡大西洋焊丝制品有限公司向中国银行股份有限公司自贡分行申请人民币15000万元综合授信额度提供连带责任担保，用途包括借款、银行承兑汇票、贸易融资、保函、资金业务及其他授信业务合同，担保期限自《授信额度协议》确定的主债权发生期间届满之日起两年。
