股票质押回购交易办法发布

　　昨天，沪深交易所联合发布《股票质押式回购交易及登记结算业务办法（试行）》，自发布之日起施行。

　　股票质押回购是指符合条件的资金融入方以所持有的股票或其他证券质押，向符合条件的资金融出方融入资金，并约定在未来返还资金、解除质押的交易。办法规定，股票质押回购的回购期限不超过3年。股票质押回购的交易时间为每个交易日的9：15至11：30、13：00至15：30。此外，持有上市公司股份5%以上的股东，将其持有的该上市公司股票进行股票质押回购的，不得违反有关信披的规定。
