海关总署将减少一半以上行政审批

　　海关总署将对现有21项行政审批事项，取消、下放或转移13项，并将于2013年8月底前调整到位。海关总署表示，将对行政审批以外的各项执法权力进行全面摸查，对具有审批性质的事项或其他可以取消、下放的权力，一律予以取消和下放，并严格控制新增审批事项，逐步实现行政审批事项统一告知、统一受理、统一答复以及审批业务网上办理。
