加拿大制药商87亿美元收购博士伦

　　加拿大制药商Valeant公司27日宣布以87亿美元收购美国博士伦公司，其中包括博士伦42亿美元未清偿债务。

　　Valeant在一份声明中表示，鉴于人口老龄化、新兴市场的需求等因素，公司瞄准了护眼保健领域。Valeant首席执行官迈克尔·皮尔逊说“完成此次收购，Valeant将成为世界皮肤病学和眼保健领域的翘楚。”

　　作为隐形眼镜领域的巨头，博士伦去年亏损6830万美元，不得不面临被收购的命运。目前，此项交易已经获得双方董事会批准。待获得监管机构批准后，交易预计将在今年第三季度完成。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　新华社发
