    近期，多家上市公司人士因涉嫌内幕交易被调查。在大宗交易市场的另一端，一场针对接盘公司的核查风暴正在蔓延开来。据称，磐厚、任行等知名大宗交易商都曾被证监局调查。

    “论”：大宗交易最近很热，监管部门一来要查操纵股价的减持行为，二来要查涉及利益输送的机构。
