财政部公布今年首次地方债发行计划

    财政部今天公布了2013年首次地方政府债券代理发行计划，今年首次代理发行的地方债包括新疆、安徽、福建、甘肃4省(区)，发行额共计422亿元。

    其中，3年期债券发行额为210亿元，5年期债券发行额为212亿元。此次地方债发行招标将于6月14日进行。

    根据2013年预算安排，全国财政赤字1.2万亿元，其中中央财政赤字8500亿元，财政部代理发行地方政府债券3500亿元。
