IMF承认在援助希腊问题上犯下大错

    本报讯国际货币基金组织(IMF)周三承认，在处理援助希腊的问题上，该组织在过去三年时间里犯了很多重大错误。希腊是欧元区主权债务危机的“震中”。

    国际货币基金组织承认，该组织严重低估了要求希腊实施财政紧缩措施会对该国经济造成的损害。到目前为止，希腊经济仍旧处于严重的衰退周期中，这一周期已经维持了很长时间。

    国际货币基金组织还在报告中承认，该组织歪曲了自身准则，让希腊的庞大债务负担看起来具有可持续性；而在实际上，就该组织的四个援助标准而言，希腊有三个标准未能达标。(新浪)
