　　中航电测公告称，中航电测仪器股份有限公司于2013年3月4日发布了《关于重大资产重组停牌公告》，公司股票于2013年3月4日起停牌。现重组预案相关资料已经准备完毕，公司董事会于近日召开会议审议本次重大资产重组的相关议案。公司于6月13日公告此次重大资产重组预案等相关文件。经申请，公司股票于13日开市起复牌。 （郑 劝）
