商务部：对港“套利贸易”被遏制

    商务部新闻发言人沈丹阳昨日表示，5月份内地对港贸易增幅大幅回落，主要是由于所谓的对港“套利贸易”得到遏制。

    沈丹阳称，去年四季度以来，内地与香港之间的贸易增量激增，有相当大一部分是“套利贸易”方式实现。这使得海关统计的内地对港贸易连续几个月出现了异常增长。

    商务部发现后展开了研究调查，这种所谓的“套利贸易”虽然并非像有些媒体分析的是为了骗取出口退税，但如任其发展，对正常的经济秩序和对外贸易都是有害的。
