    中新网6月20日电 中国银行有关负责人今晚表示，中国银行从未发生资金违约事件， 6月20日按时完成全部对外支付，有关媒体报道和市场传闻严重失实。对于恶意制造、散布谣言的机构和个人，中国银行将保留依法追究其法律责任的权利。
