发改委：推动房价与消费能力适应

　　十二届全国人大常委会第三次会议6月26日举行第一次全体会议。国家发展和改革委员会主任徐绍史作了关于城镇化建设工作情况的报告。

　　徐绍史在报告中明确提出,要建立市场配置和政府保障相结合的住房制度,推动形成总量基本平衡、结构基本合理、房价与消费能力基本适应的住房供需格局,有效保障城镇常住人口的合理住房需求。 据《京华时报》
