　　记者4日从住房城乡建设部获悉,住房城乡建设部和工商总局近期联合集中开展房地产中介市场专项治理,将公开曝光并依法严肃处理一批违法违规企业。这是记者4日从住房城乡建设部获悉的。专项治理主要针对发布虚假房源信息,造谣、传谣以及炒作不实信息误导消费者、 诱导、教唆、协助购房人通过伪造证明材料等方式,骗取购房资格、骗提或骗贷住房公积金、规避限贷的行为; 采取内部认购或雇人排队制造销售旺盛的虚假氛围以及通过炒卖房号非法牟利等10种行为。
