清华大学李稻葵：中国经济全年增速将达7.8%

　　一定程度上受房地产调控政策和政府严控奢侈品消费的影响,上半年中国经济延续去年以来的低速运行格局。中国经济下半年将会有一定反弹,反弹主要的依据是随着下半年一系列改革举措陆续推出,政府也可能推出一些新建项目。预计全年CPI将在2.5%左右,全年GDP增速将达7.8%。
