农行杭州肖山支行开展业务技能“打擂赛”活动

　　为进一步加强“三基本”学习,提增员工业务技能,增强员工学技能、练技能兴趣,农行杭州肖山支行成立点钞(单指、多指和机点)、ABIS操作二个技能兴趣小组,不定期组织集训、讲座、观摩和打擂,开展技能PK。一是邀请本行或系统内的技能高手进行技能讲座点评和观摩,以提高小组成员的操作技巧。二是开展“打擂赛”活动,先进行小组成员技能PK,产生各小组擂主,然后组织擂台赛进行打擂,对每次擂主给予通报表彰。(仲合)
