宗申动力昨天回购2%股份

　　昨天晚间,宗申动力公告,截至昨日,公司已回购2375.25万股,占公司总股本的比例为2.00%,成交的最高价为5.28元/股,最低价为4.40元/股,支付总金额约为1.15亿元。宗申动力上次披露回购信息是6月28日,当时,公司表示回购了约1408.52万股,占公司总股本的比例为1.19%。据了解,宗申动力回购股份的期限为“自股东大会通过回购股份方案之日起6个月内”,也就是到2013年11月9日止。
